Catherine Agnoli has over ten years of litigation experience in complex commercial matters involving antitrust, false advertising and intellectual property, including trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks and related agreements. She has tried cases nationally and locally for major companies, primarily in the computer and medical device industries. In 1991, Catherine graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney Law School, where she was a member of Order of the Coif and managing editor of the Utah Law Review. Subsequently, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David K. Winder, Chief Judge of the United States District Court, District of Utah. Catherine was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1992 and practiced with Giauque, Crockett, Bendinger & Peterson before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer in June 1995. She is a member of the Intellectual Property sections of the American Bar Association and the Utah State Bar. Catherine is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, United States District Court for the District of Utah and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
