David A. Anderson Salt Lake City, Utah
David Anderson is a shareholder in the Employment Law department. He practices solely in the employment law area with an emphasis on employee benefits, collective bargaining, discrimination and employment-at-will matters. After receiving his law degree, he spent the 1979-80 academic year as a teaching fellow in Cornell's School of Labor and Industrial Relations, and received his master's of Industrial Labor Relations in 1980.
In addition to handling discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, David has extensive experience in the traditional labor law areas of collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. He has spoken at numerous employer conferences and seminars on employment law topics such as wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and the ADA.
